RatedBooking is operated by Asgarbyte Limited. This policy explains how personal data is handled across the websites, mobile app, dashboards, booking links, QR booking pages, notifications, and support services.

1. Roles and data

Asgarbyte Limited is controller for platform accounts, security, marketplace discovery, notifications, subscriptions, support, analytics, and administration. Providers may be separate controllers for customer data they use outside RatedBooking.

We may process account, contact, company, staff, service, booking, guest booking, review, support, notification, payment, device, session, audit log, and technical data.

2. Use and sharing

Data is used to create accounts, verify email, show local providers, process bookings, prevent double booking, send reminders, manage calendars, enable verified reviews, provide support, protect security, prevent abuse, improve the platform, and meet legal obligations.

Booking information is shared with the selected provider. Service providers may include hosting, email, payment, monitoring, analytics, support, and push notification suppliers. Payment may be handled by Stripe. We do not sell personal data.

3. Legal basis, retention, and transfers

Depending on the activity, we rely on contract performance, legitimate interests, legal obligations, consent, and user or provider instructions. Data is kept only as long as needed for platform operation, booking records, security, disputes, accounting, legal compliance, and legitimate business records.

RatedBooking is a shared platform with country-separated access. Data may be processed where our hosting, support, and service providers operate, using appropriate safeguards where legally required.

4. Your rights and security

Depending on your location and law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a copy of personal data, and may complain to a data protection authority.

RatedBooking uses authenticated access, role checks, country filtering, provider ownership checks, hashed passwords, hashed refresh tokens, audit logs, HTTPS, and controlled admin tools.

5. Cookies and contact

Essential cookies or local storage may be used for login, language, country selection, security, and service operation. Optional analytics or marketing cookies should only be used with a valid consent setup.
