RatedBooking is operated by Asgarbyte Limited. RatedBooking is a B2B booking platform and marketplace technology service for independent service providers.

1. What RatedBooking provides

RatedBooking provides software for provider profiles, service listings, availability, booking requests, direct booking links, QR codes, reminders, customer accounts, provider dashboards, verified reviews, and marketplace discovery.

Asgarbyte Limited does not itself provide local services listed by providers. Providers are independent businesses responsible for the services they advertise and deliver.

2. Markets, accounts, and security

RatedBooking uses separate country markets. The .com site is a country picker. Country domains list providers from that country only; changing language does not change the market.

You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised access. Accounts may be refused, suspended, or closed to protect users, providers, the platform, or legal compliance.

3. Providers, customers, and reviews

Providers are responsible for company information, service descriptions, prices, availability, staff access, booking rules, cancellations, customer communication, service delivery, invoices, tax, permissions, insurance, and applicable laws.

Customers can search, book, manage bookings, and leave reviews after completed RatedBooking bookings. Reviews must be honest, relevant, and lawful.

4. Payments, trials, and subscriptions

Provider companies may receive a one month trial after email verification. After the trial, provider tools, public search visibility, booking links, QR booking tools, uploads, and booking access may require an active paid subscription or administrator-approved access.

Monthly and yearly provider subscriptions may be offered by country and currency. Payment processing may be handled by Stripe or another payment provider under that provider's own terms.

5. Acceptable use, liability, and contact

You must not misuse RatedBooking, attempt unauthorised access, scrape data at scale, interfere with security, submit malicious code, impersonate others, create fake bookings or reviews, or harm customers, providers, Asgarbyte Limited, or the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Asgarbyte Limited is not responsible for provider service quality, no-shows, local service disputes, indirect losses, or inaccurate information supplied by users or providers. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales unless mandatory local law provides rights that cannot be overridden. Contact legal@ratedbooking.com.
